HR Production Manager

The Position

Are you an experienced manager who specializes in organizing and tracking HR departments? The nonprofit news organization WhoWhatWhy is looking for an HR Production Manager to ensure every detail of the HR’s plan is carried out, supervise team members, and organize efforts to accomplish personnel needs effectively and efficiently. You will be responsible for making sure all processes of the HR department including recruiting, hiring, and managing personnel documents are done smoothly and in a timely manner.

If you can commit a minimum of 10 or more hours a week, working remotely on your own schedule with our far-flung, diverse team, we’d like to hear from you.


You will work remotely and on your own schedule, though we require a minimum commitment of 10 hours a week.  Because our staff is spread throughout the world, we communicate mostly through email. All staff are required to respond to emails on a daily basis.  If you possess a high level of self-motivation, work well independently, strive for excellence, and can commit quality time per week on a regular basis to help achieve team goals, please apply.
