Do you excel at creating marketing strategy while possessing an editorial mindset? The nonprofit news organization WhoWhatWhy is looking for a Marketing-Editorial Assistant to act as a liaison between our editorial and marketing teams while helping us to reach a wider audience with our new pieces of investigative journalism. You will be responsible for helping envision how to place and market content through social media platforms, our website, and other methods.

A nonprofit that accepts no advertising, WhoWhatWhy is staffed largely with skilled volunteers dedicated to elevating public awareness and fostering a more vigorous democracy.
You will work remotely and on your own schedule, though we require a minimum commitment of 8 hours a week. Because our staff is spread throughout the world, we communicate mostly through email. All staff are required to respond to emails on a daily basis.
