What We’re Looking For
- Some HR experience or interest in learning (students and career changers welcome!)
- Strong communication and note-taking skills
- Comfortable joining department meetings and voicing HR-related needs
- Collaborative and responsive, especially in a remote setting
- Passionate about nonprofit work and creative, marketing-driven teams
What You’ll Gain
- Exposure to a fast-moving, creative marketing environment
- Real-world HR experience in a mission-based nonprofit
- Collaboration with dedicated professionals in HR, branding, and leadership
- Flexible, remote schedule (apart from required meeting)
