- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders
- Ensure timelines, ownership, and next steps are clearly defined and documented
- Follow up on action items and report on project status
- Help prepare basic project visuals or summaries (e.g., checklists, timelines, slides)
- Ensure project visibility across the department and escalate blockers when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in project coordination or team-based work (internships and early-career welcome!)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with basic project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, spreadsheets, Google Workspace)
- Organized, reliable, and proactive in a remote work environment
- Passionate about nonprofit work and values-driven fundraising
What You’ll Gain
- Experience supporting a high-impact fundraising and engagement team
- Skill-building in project coordination, stakeholder management, and process tracking
- Collaboration with professionals across departments
